Schoolcraft 11-5 WMU

On Saturday, December 16th, the Schoolcraft College Ocelots defeated the Western Michigan University Stallions 11-5.

     On Saturday, December 16th, the Schoolcraft College Ocelots defeated the Western Michigan University Stallions 11-5.  Both teams compete in Division 3 of the ACHA (American Collegiate Hockey Association).  Saturday night's game was played at the Redford Ice Arena located at 12400 Beech Daly Road, in Redford.  The Ocelots also defeated the Stallions 9-3 on Friday night.  Scroll down to see exclusive photos of Saturday night's college hockey showdown.  Click on the link below for more information about the ACHA.
     The Schoolcraft College hockey team currently has an overall record of 9-10-1 (1 overtime loss).  The Western Michigan University Stallions currently have an overall record of 1-13-1 (1 tie).  Western Michigan University also fields an ACHA Division 1 hockey team, and a NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) Division I hockey team.  Click on the links below for more information about Schoolcraft College, or the Western Michigan University ACHA hockey program.

-  Western Michigan University NCAA athletic teams are known as the Broncos.



-  Rob Lindsay is the Head Coach of the Schoolcraft College Men's ice hockey team.



-  The Schoolcraft College hockey team finished the 2016-2017 season with an overall record of 19-7.
